Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic rules for using MenuCast and managing content, accounts, subscriptions, and connected screens.
Using MenuCast
MenuCast provides digital signage tools for creating, managing, scheduling, and publishing restaurant menu and promotional content to connected displays.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, maintaining accurate business and billing information, and ensuring that authorized users follow these terms.
Customer content
You retain ownership of the content you upload, including images, videos, menu copy, pricing, logos, and brand materials.
You grant MenuCast permission to host, process, display, transcode, and transmit that content as needed to provide the service. You must have the rights required to use and publish your content.
Acceptable use
You may not use MenuCast to distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or abusive content, or to interfere with the security or operation of the service.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if an account creates security risk, violates these terms, or is used in a way that may harm MenuCast, customers, or third parties.
Service changes
Features, limits, storage, pricing, and availability may change over time. We aim to communicate material changes through the product, account notices, or other reasonable channels.
The service is provided using reasonable skill and care, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
